Union Bank Of India - Bank in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I've banked with several banks and decided to stay with Union Bank of India. Here are my reasons. 1. Employees like Vani, ensure service gets the front seat. She's busy the whole day with a smile on her face. No matter what she takes the time out to make each customer feel special. 2. I've interacted with their Managers for all of 18 years now and never found even one of them unhelpful. 3. They have a variety of loans. Home loans, car loans, gold loans et all, at competitive interest rates. 4. They advice you as to the drawbacks if any. For example an FD under the DRIC scheme needs to be closed on a particular day. 5. The bank ensures Covid protocol. 6. In an emergency, they can be relied on. I needed a temporary OD against my deposit. Done in 10 minutes! There are several more. However, I'm proud they are my extended family and recommend their services to one and all.

Rude employees and guard who have no politeness when speaking to customers. When asked any simple doubt act as if the entire world's load is on them and if they stopped to answer for a minute there will be a world war. I wanted to open a new account to take an educational loan, but they don't seem to care. Consider any other branch or bank rather than this one.

The lady with the short boy cut type hair, *Ms SATHYAVATI* who sits at the back row is lazy to even lift her finger, literally. Asked me to keep docs exactly below her face. Didn't want to lift her hand.Behaves very rudely with customers even elderly people. No basic manners. Please avoid this bank, in general they are very slow.

Like just any other majority of businesses in Bangalore, Union bank is following the path to delight their customers by disabling their phone line. You have to visit them only to know if they are closed, or of any help in case you have question specific to the branch.

Union Bank of India Vidyaranyapura branch is another SBI bank... All the staffs have same attitude of SBI staff.. Takes them 3 days to open a account.. They ask you sit and wait for hours.. Reminds me of my college during paying exam fees..

Pathetic service. Special assistance manager . Work less talk more. And in a very rude manner and dominates the other staff who r devoted towards there work. Just two accounts needs to be transferred from Delhi to Bangalore n it's more than a month n 5 round to the branch still work not done. At end we r asked to follow up with our previous branch. Just imagine

Helpful staff and the proceedings are fast. Turn around time is less than 10 minutes. It is usually not crowded and is helped by a spacious office. There is parking structure available for the customers and facilities provided by the bank is commendable.

Pathetic Please do not go over here for aadhar service(union bank of india mittigenagalli branch, opposite the big market) The staff doesn't know how to behave with people and they do not have basic manners You cannot just shout at people who have come to get their work done I don't even want to give 1 star but there's no option
