Trainer(Mr.Raja & Mr.Jai) are very good and friendly and I am taking guidance from him who is an expert trainer. He has been guiding me from day one, he motivates a lot with one to one assistance.I found the right trainer I recommend him to anyone looking for fitness and weight loss.

I have been part of this Gym for 3 months now . It is well maintained and the trainers are friendly and approachable . They teach beginners each workouts and always motivate us to keep going . I like to say Special thanks to Raja as he is very dedicated to his work and kind enough to teach me to do each workout properly with correct form . And helping me with my diet and workout plans according to my goals . I started seeing results in my strength and weight ..I also attend Aerobics class here which is also very fun !!! Lastly this gym is very comfortable for ladies .
