Amazing Bengali delicacies and Mixed cuisine right in the City of Temples. This is a pretty popular place among bengali families and groups who come here for a non vegetarian experience. Owner and staff are very helpful, quick service, good food.

It is a great place to eat in Varanasi especially for Bengalis.Mainly because it has non veg food which is a very rare thing to enjoy in Varanasi. The staff is so well behaved and cooperative.This is actually a sigh of relief in Varanasi. Very tasty food at Affordable rates are available here. Timings are from 11AM to 10.15PM.The rice they serve is so fine and has this special flavour of Bengal it's such a delight to be here The normal water that they serve here is also good for everyday consumption and it's so good. I even tried Chinese here like Chilly Chicken it's a bit spicy but it's so tasty.

Searching for good Bengali restaurant in Benaras and got this restaurant. Food was awesome in taste. We went there for 3-4 times and all the time we were satisfied with the food. Quantity and quality of food are too good. Wish to go there again whenever we will go Benaras again.

This place was not upto mark. We had lunch here and we found few of the dishes were not fresh and had seen another customer complain to change their thali. Mutton and egg curry was having same taste which was not so pleasant. Hand wash place was crowded with waste and vegitables. Took more than 30min to serve which could have mitigated if the food tastes good. Overall not so good experience and not recommendable.

Ok most importantly i need to clarify that there is TWO Uncle's kitchen restaurants in Varanasi and both are are in close proximities in Shivala Road. This google locations is of the smaller and older one (which is far better) but the photo's are of the newer one. So just be sure to visit the smaller and older one only. You will get a decent bengalee vegetable preparations, dal, fresh fishes , chicken and eggs. Worth visiting for sure. The newer one's is definitely more well decorated and neat and tidy, but the food quality is not that great. We have dined in both of them and the difference is significant.

This is the best Bengali Restaurant in Varanasi, from the view of the food & the service they provide is amazing. They are very friendly with good behaviour. This is a must try restaurant.
