Service was good and the atmosphere was niche and staff was so understanding and friendly....must go food was awesome but pizza was not that much tasty..

Wide sitting place amazing Ambiance Soup was better in taste, Starter was fresh and tasty. Pineapple and Red Velvet Desert were fresh rest were not good in taste. Service was superb my friend requested crispy fries they immediately made fresh French Fries for us. Need to improve the taste of Pizza otherwise, it was quite all right to experience One-time Visiting Place. Not Recommended for Pizza Lovers.

Worst experience of unlimited pizza ever. No taste. Raw base and no toppings. They are advertising saying 22 types of salads but not even 2 were worth eating. Pizzas and garlic breads were uncooked. Waste of money and ate raw Maida in the name of food. I don't refer to this place to anyone ever.

Are you looking for delicious unlimited 60+ dishes at one place then this place is for you As we all are aware of the quality of William johns as they have one of the finest quality in the town and now they are on the CG road as well to continue their legacy From soup to dessert more then 60 items and delicious way of serving the food in which 4 types of pizzas are there and ofcourse hot and cold salads will surely give you delicious start of food So for an amazing experience go for this place and you will not regret at all

Today on 25.02.2023 I visit here... Food quantity is not so much good... They have lots of items but required more quality food. If u are pizza lover this place is not for you. Not even try to go here.... AC is not working properly... Interior design is good but what to do... Only selfie can't fill stomach.

Let me start by saying that my recent was an absolute letdown. I had high hopes for a satisfying dining experience, but sadly, my expectations were shattered at every turn. From the refusal to accommodate my simple request to the numerous flaws in service and ambiance, this place failed to impress me on multiple levels. First and foremost, the staff's refusal to break a high note (2k Rupees) for me and give me a chance left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening when a restaurant refuses to accommodate a minor request, especially when it wouldn't have caused any inconvenience. This lack of flexibility and understanding only added to my frustration. Furthermore, the service was severely delayed, and to make matters worse, they forgot to include one item (Garlic Bread) in my order. By the time I realized the mistake, it was too late to rectify it, and I had no choice but to cancel it altogether. This kind of oversight and inefficiency is simply unacceptable. As for the atmosphere and interior, I was thoroughly unimpressed. The color schemes clashed in a way that made no sense, creating a visually jarring experience. Moreover, the choice of loud, blasting music only added to the overall unpleasantness of the area. It felt more like a chaotic nightclub than a welcoming pizza restaurant. The poor attention to detail in creating a comfortable and inviting space was evident throughout. Even the redeeming quality of a good pizza flavor was absent. The taste was average at best, and it certainly did not make up for the litany of other problems I encountered. A subpar pizza cannot compensate for the lackluster service, the uninspiring ambiance, and the unaccommodating staff. Speaking of the staff, their attitude towards customers was nothing short of disappointing. They were cold and distant, showing no warmth or welcoming spirit. It felt as if they were simply going through the motions, lacking the enthusiasm and passion that one would expect from a service-oriented establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Uncle Donald's was highly unsatisfactory. From the refusal to break a high note for me to the delayed service, forgotten item, poor atmosphere, and average pizza, this establishment fell far short of my expectations. I would strongly advise seeking out alternative pizza places that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver an enjoyable dining experience.
