Umiya Habitat Co-Op Housing Society - Building society in Sancoale - South Goa, India

Recycled water is used in wc's, since December 2022 had been complaining about dirty looking (almost black) in colour and stinking badly water but lands on defs ears. It's very embarrassing and shameful when you have visitors and they are using the wash room. Even ec inside colour is changed from white to black due to this. Society is almost 10 years old, but now they are collecting Rs.1312 per flat to take Concent to operate from PCB.

I regret the decision of investing in a flat here. Want to sell off, but circumstances are not appropriate. Decisions taken by the committee is far beyond understanding, they took the decision of painting the whole building and asking for 35k per flat (total 272 flats around 1cr approx)??? That to in pandemic period of 20-21. Earlier flat owners not having parking were parking cars in common area dedicated for free parking, from last few years they started charging 700-800 per month for parking ( we bought a flat with our hard earned money and we are forced to park our expensive cars in open outside the society where their is no security. I invested here to have peace of mind but it was my wrong decision. Will not suggest anyone to stay here till committee / members have better understanding. Sad
