Today 19/01/2021 I have visited Umeed hospital Fatehabad. Experience was not good. Dr Nishant Orthopaedic is very famous so I visited the hospital. After waiting for two hrs, though I was the first OPD Of the day the doctor was in so much hurry. Pharmaceutical Agents were entering and disturbing the whole OPD system. Dr was more interested in Making connections with medicine companies.He was not even listening to me attentively. I was very offended with his behaviour. May be he is more interested in big cases of operation. Slip system is same like other hospitals. People with approach ener before you.
This review is for hospital management only. Receptionist is so clueless about doctors timing and presence at hospital, they just know about making OPD slip. The person outside OPD room hardly know how to talk with people.
