Uma u r the perfect trainer, love to be there. After little break, i dnt even think or dare to join some other place, it is really good because of the trainers Savitha and Uma. Savitha teaches very quality workout as we can see output.
I would like to share my experience about Uma's Fitness Studio. I have started my weight loss program in June. No matter what I attended the classes regularly. Trainers here are professional . They listen to our concerns and train us accordingly. Now I lost 10 kgs . Happy and Healthy .
Uma's Life Style Fitness Studio is a perfect place for every girl to workout. Uma's Studio will definitely be your best option for a gym or zumba or aerobics or yoga. It is not huge, but they are air conditioning, got decent locker rooms and the premises is very hygienic. They offer Zumba and the teacher is fantastic. You can just drop-in for a demo, and am sure you would love it and go for a membership package immediately. The dance studio is power packed, so expect to sweat a lot. The dance floor is lovely too. Definitely top class and always a first choice for girls to workout.
