Wonderful place to stay in Jaipur. Centrally located, very well designed and maintained. Roma's are large and well equipped with all amenities. Most rooms on higher floors have small balconies. In addition there are numerous sitting areas outsides most rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was great in the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast spread was also great.

Beautifully restored building which encapsulates the rich culture of Jaipur. Rooms are generous and well appointed. Decor is spectacular, the pictures which adorn the walls provide great insight into the history of the area. Staff are helpful and welcoming but communication prior to arrival could be improved. The breakfast buffet is basic but good and the outdoor rooftop tables provide an ideal breakfast environment. Evening entertainment is offered every night to enhance dining in the restaurant. Beds are very comfortable, and rooms are spotlessly clean. The pool is clean and large, enough to do reasonable laps and cool down. You do need transport to visit shops or tourist attractions but the hotel really is impressive and worth a visit.

Umaid Bhawan heritage hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in vintage style. It is located in Banipark, which is close to the city centre and one of the best locations of the city. Good rooms, slightly over done with decorations. Food is good. Service is also prompt with good local boys. Clean and well addressed amenities makes it more attractive. Paths are slightly narrow in many areas when you move to your rooms or other.

We have been staying at Umaid Bhawan service apartments from past many years and we always loved their hospitality. But recently we stayed for 6 nights at one of their 3 bedrooms serviced apartments and were so highly disappointed that we have decided never to stay at their property again. We stayed with old parents and unfortunately one of the parent was injured. We requested for room service from their adjacent hotel and not once but was declined multiple times that they will not serve at the service apartments and that we have to go and collect the food ourselves. What kind of service apartment is this? Rude responses from their staff and even after complaining to Mr. Ranvijay Singh no action was taken. Our parents were not in a position to go down 3 floors and collect food. We were also happy to pay extra for delivery though it was only next door property AND own by same owners. Just didn't understood the policy of why they were not ready to serve at the apartment after requesting several times. I hope some senior management will read this review and would take some action. Also the rooms need maintenance as either the air-cons won't work or plumbing issues. But would like to thank all the cleaning staff who were doing amazing job of listening and doing their work nicely. But other than that it was highly disappointing stay and would not recommend anyone to stay at their serviced apartments unless they take this review seriously.

The hotel was exceptional. The room and the staff were beyond compare. The food was absolutely brilliant too. We ate at the Rambagh Palace one night and the dining option at the Umaid Bahrain was far, far superior.

Clean and beautiful rooms but not very spacious. Very well decorated and nice ambience. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. In dinner, Indian dishes were great but other cuisines were not at all good. Tea was good, staff courteous. Though located in a nice locality but in a narrow lane, parking is very limited but they manage. They have family suites available. Overall a very good experience of stay.

The hotel is at a good location, the rooms are fine for short stay though not value for money completely as the decor of the hotel is good but you would not find the bathrooms clean or the luxuries at par with boutique hotels in the same price range.We stayed in a Royal Suite which was just about comfortable. I think more than the room what stands out is the hospitality. The staff is not great, the behaviour was very rude. They also had different versions of the check out time, when we checked in we were told its 12pm(ideally it should be 24 hours) but in the morning the reception informed it is at 11am. We also had a visitor during our stay, we did go out for dinner when we came back it was around 1am and the night manager very aggressively stopped our guest to get his things from the room else he would require one day charge. We very humbly agreed and got the things(helmet) of our guest from the room and handed it over. He was very offensive while speaking. Hope this review is helpful.

The design of the hotel is very over-the-top so if you want a unique hotel this is perfect. If you want a simple modern hotel this will not be the place for you. The rooms were nice and clean. There are also many outdoor seating areas
