I am from Prakasam district A.P I went here with GB syndrome problem. In my first visit to the doctor's chamber I am unable to walk properly. All 4 limbs were not working properly. I was admitted here and treated very well by Dr. Uma Mahesh garu . The doctor's treatment was awesome and I don't have words to describe my gratitude towards the doctor's service and dedication till the patients recovery. I strongly recommend this doctor for your neurological health issues. My spouse and my daughter are lucky enough to having me with them today. It is happened possible only with Dr Uma Mahesh garu treatment. Thank you Dr Uma sir for your tremendous treatment to me

One of the worst doctors , not even qualified to be a MBBS ..a passout from narayana medical College .my father went for cramps and shivering of hand and few memory loss instances occasionally ..this guy made him lose full memory ..he doesn't know the basic tests like diabetes levels , bp should be monitored primarily without seeing always mri , charging 9000 each time he prescribed ..but no use of medicines . Ban his license IMA.#indianmedicalassociation

This doctor is very dangerous, he didn't treated my mother properly. He will suggested costly tests for even a small problem. He is not responsible for patients problem he is only money minded. He left the hospital and ent to Jaya bharathi hospital without checking the reports and his staff told me to go to jayabharathi hospital there uma maheswar doctor available in emergency ward. i went there but uma sir not available he went home without any information. Report are everything normal but he is asking to admit patient without giving proper clarification what happened to my mother. Please don't waste your valuable time and money

Doctor sir treated my father when he got a stroke. He always takes emergency cases first and save them. Even if it is late, he extends and visits on weekends as well to take care of patients. Highly recommend sir for neurological problems

I had suffered with brain fog and tremors for three years and I had consulted psychiatrists, neurophysicians, neurosurgeons in Nellore about my health issue.
