Whole area is properly mentained.. rooms are clean, food is tastiest, premise is beautiful. It felt worth of paying a little more than regular because of the services, It has a separate BAR too.. a nice garden, just in case, if someone wants to enjoy his meal outside.
It's a nice place to relax. The total Property is well maintained, rooms are very neat and clean and the interior of this place was just amazing and attractive. It had an amazing time and a lovely experience with family love to visit again !
This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.The front office manager Mr. Satyam Srivastava was very friendly person. Would definitely stay there again.
The behavior of the restaurant staff was very bad especially the person name Kunwar Singh is abusing me when I complained about the food and asked to call the manager
Excellent Hotel, extremely clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Mr Satyam, He makes my trip more interesting with his advices and tips about the city. Room was awesome and properly cleaned as I required.
They were were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Specially Thanks to Mr. Satyam Srivastava for recommend us this hotel.
They charge you like 5 star and services are like not even a single star...coldrink 250 ml... 80 rs......food is very bad... don't even think of coming here
This is my third visit to the Uma Club and Resort, Satna hotel, and I am pleasantly delighted by the atmosphere and service. When employees put up their best effort for their jobs, a great hotel becomes even better. One of them is Mr.SATYAM SRIVASTAVA. I admired his friendliness and the effort he put into his work.
