This place is owned and managed by UltraTech cement, Awarpur. This is a group of small offices, shops, a shopping complex and SBI bank. There's an Indane Gas (LPG) booking office and the SBI Bank Awalpur along with an ATM here in the complex campus. The colony maintainance offices are there too. A restaurant named "Vidarbha" is a good option for refreshments and also the place has Kaple General stores. Beside the complex there is a small Patanjali store.
It's a nice, compact place catering to the needs of the UTCL Awarpur reisdents.
