worst service and time waste.. Very bad service. Main problem is NO digital Transaction.... Cash Transaction only... This is 2022 in cashless payment generation, all areas including small shops like vegetables, milk shops are in under Google pay or other UPI payments. But there is no Google pay and Card Transaction. Very very Bad.....

Pathetic . That's all I can say. At least hire someone who knows how to deal with the patients. My first and last visit here. Never seen a worse lab than this in my life. Addendum: Giving a better rating now after proper explanation has been given on their shortcomings and after the staff offered her apology for her rude behaviour.
Waiting time is too much
Dr.Padma Santhappan is very good doctor but the faculty was very poorly managed by the staff. Even you got appointment at a specific time , you may asked to wait up to 3 - 4 hours without any valid reason . As the service is pre paid, you can't run away to another good doctors center by this centres poor management.
No online transaction(2022). staffs are very slow, poor service! My first and last visit.
