An ideal place for fitness without equipments and through funny activities & interesting way of working out.

One of my favorite experience by having same energy, same vibes with different people. Also I would appreciate the humbleness of our instructor Prakash sir he's a person who have talent to help us and support us during our day.

I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers (Prakash Bhaia) are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 1hr training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.
