One of the best gym in sakinaka asapha area. It has all gym, cardio equipments and trainers. AC gym with music system, racks to keep bags and footwears, CCTV all places for security. Open mostly all days all time.

To be honest, if you're only into weight training then this gym is the best because they have around all the equipments for each and every part of your body. I mean once you enter in the you would feel like damn, am I in the equipment store or what!!! But seriously give it try & you won't regret! They have affordable gym membership and obviously the equipments. Happy Working Out!
Awesome place to workout.......having very good and supportive trainers........many services provided like weight training , cardio or both. Personal trainers r also available here . In short best place to workout with a group of young peoples.
trainer is wrost, middle class gym, for the people who stays near by, air-conditioned never being on time, gym smell like hell all the time, most of memebers never used/carry napkins, & doing workouts without gym shoe & owner also never paying there attention on the same!
gym space is good but its unhygienic like most of memebers doing exercises without napkins & without shoes, air-conditioned never being on as per the time written in the gym!
This place have a well managed gym equipment and the trainer's in the gym are also polite and all the staff are very good.
