I joined UP Fitness in July, and It's one of the best decision I have made. The training program is designed specifically for my body type and fitness goals and I feel at ease training as the trainers are very well educated and experienced. Being a student, the time requirements are flexible yet functional for me, the results I've seen in just the matter of a few months are just fantastic! I not only feel physically stronger but my posture and endurance have also improved.

Ultimate performance is not only a gym but a place for ultimate transformation. They are not only helping me achieve my targets but also my posture and strength. I am very happy that I'm getting results. I feel very energetic. My trainer Ajay is a constant source of motivation and he encourages me to push myself and achieve great heights. Their meal plan are also very well balanced. Ridhi Sharma is only a text away guiding me to eat mindfully. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone wanting to transform into a healthier and fitter person.

I've been going to Ultimate Performance for a few months. It's been a blast. My trainer, Raj, is top notch. He understands how to motivate clients and really cares about helping you achieve your goals. I've improved on every lift, my body fat has dropped considerably, my lifting form is better and I'm happier. Raj and the rest of the UP team in Mumbai are excellent.

I am someone whose gone to every nutritionist and gym in town. So when I went to UP, I wasn't very convinced about their program. But they were so confident about making a change to my body and mind - that I decided to give them my 100%. My trainer knows me better than even myself- he knows how much to push me and encouraging me constantly. Educating me about how each exercise works on each muscle. All the trainers are so encouraging and so happy to see you, that you feel so positive at the gym! ( never thought I would ever say that in my life!!!) Their diet plan is the Best!! UP is the best gym for anyone trying to completely transform their body. I have trained at leading gyms across the world but never experienced training and guidance like I have at UP. The trainers are phenomenal. They train you both inside the gym and virtually when you are your own by constantly monitoring one's food and exercise with daily check - in's. They constantly push you and train you to be tough both mentally and physically so that one can complete the transformation journey successfully. Even the other clients at the gym are invested in your success. I highly recommend this gym and am super happy with the trainers , facility , staff , dieticians , equipment and the support that is given to me.
