It's almost a year since I have joined the gym I can feel the change in me. I does my workout in the early mornings.. My trainer is Nimshikhan. He is very supportive. The gym is packed with all equipment from beginner to advanced training programs. The atmosphere is excellent. If anyone want to loose fat or gain weight your place is out here.
