Best gym I have come across. Amazing experience with the trainers especially with the manager Akash. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. Best choice I've made. I would definitely recommend my friends and family.
This used to be an alright gym but now the trainers do not pay attention to the girls at all. The men will do all the exercises but if women want to do a new exercise, nobody helps or corrects their posture. That is why this gym is losing its women clients. Worst is the manager Akash, who doesn't care about anyone or anything.
The equipments are ok but if all they care about is personal training then you should look for another gym.

perfect place for some serious work-out. all the necessary equipments are there in mint condition, cardio and weight loss trainer available here.
WORST GYM EVER. I THINK OWNERS MUST HIRE RESPONSIBLE MANAGERS IF THEY WANT CUSTOMERS TO JOIN THEIR GYM. I THINK I WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY 6000RS FOR 6 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP. I FEEL CHEATED.
This is "Good" place to train for "General Fitness". It is equipped with a variety of machines that can help train all the body parts.
I go to the gym in the evening shift so I have observed that they also have routine programs for Floor activity "Asana-Pranayama".
A trainer who goes by the name "Anuj" is a genuine guy and helps out with any curiosity.

* Ample treadmills and Cardio Equipment, "battling ropes" and yga ball are also available.
* Helpful staff and Trainers
* Moderate Hygiene
Cons -
* Single equipment of each type for "Strength Training" and "Muscle Building". This is a general fitness gym and not a bodybuilding gym.
* Gets crowded at times, especially after 6:30 pm.

Best gym ever the one thing I loved here is that trainers are friendly I have went others gym also but didn't get this typ of environment. Aerobics zumba yoga one of my favourite exercises here.
