I'm creating the new myself by working out since 3-4 months. They provide membership plans with many variations, best service, Diet plans according to the test result, Overall staff or I mean Trainers are supportive and helps to achieve the goals. Few people are concerned about sanitization of Equipments and changing room so I must say don't hesitate complete sanitization is maintained and very well maintained gym. All the necessary precautions are taken by the administrators. Still Thinking for joining? Beat your laziness and take a visit.
The gym is very good along with the trainers. It has been around 1.5 months that I have joined and have lost weight. Overall a good gym. You all can join.
If you live nearby, this should be the only gym you consider to workout. It is clean, air-conditioned, and has sanitation tools at every corner. Equipments are well maintained. Trainers will guide / help you with every exercise. Once your form is perfect, they will not go easy on you and make you put on extra weight. Also, other gym members helps you too. Importantly, they are very friendly. They plan your workout based on your BCA(Body Composition Analysis) and suggest diet with pre/post-workout meal. They have a decent cafe on the roof made for gains. Fairly, You can visit and get information yourself.
Great gym. Mr. Sooraj is one man army handling the entire gym in the best way possible. Trainers and staff here are highly qualified, professional and extremely friendly, and also give their personal best to help attain my fitness goals. I love how the personal trainers are super friendly, warm & welcoming while perfectly balancing it with a polite professional attitude. Ambience and equipments are nice too. Overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend...
