Very nice place, around the last 2 km is a total off road so it needs a 4x4 vehicle or you can walk it complete, else you can hire a jeep below one point the restaurant is there and they charge 1000 rs. at certain point jeep drops you I will attached photo from there you need to Trek around 15 to 20 mins for waterfall.
One of the best waterfall I have visited. 3kms of trekking and a final few meters of hiking best experience ever. you guys need a local guide to visit here or else it will be quite difficult to find but trust me guys it worth it.
Place is inside coffee estate. U have to cross through reserve forest to reach here. But it very over rated.. only few people can play water fall. Very narrow space to climb up. ( Not worth of the effort it took to reach)
Ukkada falls.I would recommend all adventurous people must go place. It is really a hidden treasure, it is something which is awesome. It is not a normal waterfall. Beware of Leech. Please enough carry salt and shampoo to remove Leech. It is small trek of about 30 minutes and followed by Mesmerizing Waterfall.
This place name Diamond falls or ukkuda falls locketed in Chikmagalur. Chikmagalur to ukkuda falls between 25 km from Chikmagalur, Google maps showing this place. But ukkuda falls near 1 km trecking point, mud road, hills road by walking safely. Rainy season super place, do the water play, enjoy this place
It is must visit waterfall if you are in Chakmagalur. Very nice for those who wants some adventures. Highly recommended
I went there in the monsoon season, difficult to find this place since it is located in private property i almost tricked 2KM but able to reach close to water falls. Not recommended for childrens and aged people
Bit difficult to find the spot, with the help of locals only it is possible. Once you reach the falls you will be challenged with a bit rock climbing, it's pretty difficult. I won't suggest the climb for children below 10 and people aged above 50. Should be very carefull while crossing the streams after reaching the falls, because the rocks are really slippery.
