I loved this hotel. There is a very beautiful view. Good staff with their excellent service I liked their behaviour, respect and overall work. But I got disappointed about food for looking and overall it was good but taste wasn't there. And there was cleanness everywhere with good arrangements but during an event we got some mosquitoes. Hope so I'll enjoy more when I'll visit next time.

An excellent hotel to stay for business and leisure travel for solo and family. The rooms are spacious, well maintained with good views. Food is fabulous and very cooperative staff. The location is well connected from the airport and railway station. Additionally, the street food and nearby restaurants and shopping plazas add an extra advantage to the property.

Yesterday night we had celebrated birthday with family, They have not served starter's properly for some they have not served n food was not good at all n roti n all they didn't provide us asked them they said it's not available.. we asked them we need room for baby feeding they proved used room n full of Smoke n dirty room which I felt worst only I liked abt this Hotel is only interior that's it.. I don recommend any one for dinner its really worst experience I had..

An excellent hotel to stay for family. The rooms are spacious, well maintained with good views. Food is fabulous and very cooperative staff. Adil (staff member) from UK lounge restaurant served and co operated very well. Overall my experience is very nice.

Served NonVeg despite specifying we were pure Veg. We had ordered Veg dinner for us and specified repeatedly that we wanted all veg. Despite this we were served Chicken Manchurian. There was zero sensitivity about our feelings. The entire family was so disturbed that we slept without food after returning the entire food.

Very good hotel. Rooms are quite spacious, well equipped with all the usual items and more. Everything in the room is of good branded quality. It also offers wide variety of very tasty food. The hotel also has most other amenities one may look forward to. For a town like Belagavi, it's probably the best..

Good clean rooms. Servicing is quite good. But they have a tier system of rooms. They take good money for their rooms. But if you book through sites which give discounts, they put you in the rooms with the worst views with a dirty tower in the middle of your window. Then they put you right below the Dance floor and DJ sets, so that you are bothered for the evening. The sound proofing is very weak at this hotel. Edit- They did offer to change my room despite a full house at the hotel. That is appreciated. However, that room too, had slight vibrations despite being 5 floors away from the DJ.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars. The breakfast downstairs was good value. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The hotel is close to everything. Would highly recommend
