Ujwala Grand - Family restaurant in Domara Pocham Pally, Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Visited the place to have lunch. The atmosphere and ambience is nice. They served the food so quickly. There is a hotel, banquet hall and a bar along with a restaurant. We ordered butter naan, butter chicken and chicken dum biryani, which cost around Rs.850. Quality is good but quantity could be better at that price range. Parking space is limited. Washrooms are well maintained.

Chilli Chicken Starter Tasted very Good,Dum Biryani is OK,Bagara rice with Chetinadu chiken Combo Is Good Overall Satisfied with Food., Price's are Lil bit Higher.

Good atmosphere and taste. Only issue is hygiene. Staff wear head gear and glove in the dining area, but I have my doubt about their kitchen hygiene. We got glass piece in the food. We reported & they apologized, but glass piece seems little unsual. Hence two stars.

Receptionist was bit careless about the things. I was trying to order the food with instructions he is not even interested in listing rather keep on talking to his coworkes. That feels so rude. Im sure Ujwala grand is calm and decent place with good taste. If you treat customers in this manner definitely it impacts

Food experience is good and the atmosphere is excellent with lots of trees surrounded till we reach the restaurant door. We enjoyed our non veg meal.

Ujwala grand is on highway of Hyderabad and medak highway near Gandimaisamma.. thus is both bar and restaurant.. separate seating section available for family... food is good and hygiene but preparation time is long.. staff behaviour is satisfactory.. liquor prices are not much expensive when compared to other bar & restaurants.. if u display Corporate ID cards during group gathering or parties they will provide 10% discount on food...
