I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible beauty of Sikkim, Gangtok, and Darjeeling on a tour. I can't say enough about the outstanding hospitality I received from both our knowledgeable tour guide, drivers and the welcoming locals. Our tour guide Mr. Pawan, was not just informative but also made the journey a memorable one. His passion for the region was contagious, and I learned so much about the culture, history, and natural wonders of these places. The locals we encountered were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to share their stories and recommendations. It's clear that their love for their homeland shines through. The entire trip was a delightful adventure, and I can't thank Mr. Pawan and locals enough for making it so special. I can't contain my excitement about his incredible photography skills! Not only did he lead us through an amazing journey, but he also captured the essence and beauty of every moments. I have booked my Gangtok, Lachung and Darjeeling tour from Ms. Aysha via travel triangle. She was very helpful in our whole tour. Service was excellent throughout our tour . We had some issues with our driver and told Ms Aysha to change him . She changed the driver next day . Hotels and rooms , vehicles were provided same as promised. Sikkim is very beautiful place . Our tour went very smooth and we came back with beautiful and golden memories. Thanks to Ms Aysha and whole tour company.

I opted for a customized 10 days trip for Sikkim and Darjeeling. This was my first trip to North East and UjjwalDay Travels were very helpful in guiding me and I was fully satisfied with their hospitality especially Ayesha and Ujjwal. Regrettably, my encounter with Ujjwalday Travel proved to be a source of profound dissatisfaction. However, were it not for the intervention of Mr. Ujjal Gahatraj, I would have characterized it as an utter fiasco. My family and I had arranged a 9-day tour of Sikkim Darjeeling, but our tour handler, Ms. Aysha, lacked the professionalism needed to oversee our trip competently. To begin with, on the first day of the tour, the driver demanded payment, notwithstanding that we had already paid in full one week in advance. When we refused to comply, he became verbally abusive, which was unacceptable. To compound our difficulties, we were assigned three different drivers from a subcontracted agency throughout the tour, making coordination and pickup times exceedingly problematic, especially during the first two days. Moreover, the Hotels provided in Gangtok and Darjeeling were subpar and not commensurate with the rate we had been charged, as they failed to meet even the minimum standard of a 3-star rating. Despite our request for a change in the Gangtok hotel, Ms. Aysha refused to accede to our request and provided us with peculiar justifications for her decision. It was evident that our tour handler was either inexperienced or indifferent to our needs, providing no follow-up and frequently unavailable during the trip, which resulted in us having to seek assistance from Mr. Ujjal to address our problems, such as the driver, pickup time, and dropping point. Without his intervention, my experience with Ujjwalday Travel would have been a complete catastrophe.
