One of the oldest temple with old architecture and detailing of sculptures are very good. Am going to this place like from past 15-18 years, am not seeing any major improvements or changes. Management need provide some basic facilities like wash room, water etc.
It's our home God Good place with some history. I just wanted to share the facilities available in temple. Whenever we visit their will be one or the other alternation/construction will be going on. But not on the required things. Their is no washrooms near temple that is main and most importantly their is not drinking water facility also! It's their in bhojana gruha. I wonder how these Swamiji maintaining the temple without toilets for Devotees..? Am visiting to the temple from last 9-10 year, no improvement on which is necessary! And their is no proper vasati gruha for devotees that's so weird. Coming to transportation. You have go via Kudligi->Kottur and Ujjini if you're coming from Sandur, Toranagallu, Bellary If you're coming from Davangere, Harihara, Harphanahalli need to go via Kottur-> Ujjini. The road is good even buses also available. If we go via Kudligi-> Ujjini can reach early but the road is not good worst road
One of the Peetas of Panchapeeta Lingayath community, located at Ujjini near Kotturu of Bellary Dist, Lord Marulisiddeshwara is the deity worshipped and the sanctorium is drenched with oil by the devotees, special pooja is performed on Mondays. Food available from the temple during 12:00 to 2:00pm.

It is one of the peligramic place. the temple has been bulit using hug stones and the pillars are beautifully designed. Many devote all over karnataka and andraprdesh visit this place. Sri Ujjaini siddeshwara is the famous temple here. The temple has good infrastructure, where the devotees can live and worship god during their visit. The temple has its convention hall. Where marriage and other function can be done. Totally it is an excellent place to visit.
