Such a fake doctors. We went there because my husband was suffering from acidity at that time. But they took ECG for that and looted money for that They didn't give any proper prescription. They just write the medicine in White paper so that we only buy them in their medical shop where they costs more than usual. Those nurses don't know how to do injection. Blood split all over the floor from my partner's hand. Saline also.... They put it very slow such that it takes 3-4 hrs so that they can charge more for bed. All are money minded. Please don't visit that hospital if you care about your loved ones. Money will be wasted. After the treatment also, my partner didn't become well totally. We went to another hospital for treatment....

Worst hospital ever. Here Docter's are never available!! And 60 mL saline took nearly 3+ hour, later we understood that it was to make us wait as the doctor is unavailable. We came to hospital at 8 am after making an appointment. But the doctor came at 1: 30. Unprofessional hospital and too much wait time

Worst service , they will take money at the end you will have to come out without treatment, fraud , beware of this hospital don't trust. My mother admitted in this hospital we faced lot of troubles, finally discharged and admitted into another hospital. They don't take responsibility no seriousness. I don't recommend

I will keep this simple Dr. Akhilesh General physician is the best Dr I have ever had by a long shot. I actually look forward to my hisits. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. I will never use anyone else for me and my family. If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet this man.

They are expert in looting the money, 4 days just antibiotics and 30 K bill, Appolo is much cheaper and transparent than this Hospital. Most of the for any decease you will get Gynecologist Dr. G. Lakshmi, and they will ask you to admit the patient without finalise the treatment and they will charge 1000 rs for every visit other doctors in addition to Gynecologist Dr. G. Lakshmi, nursing charges 400, junior doctor consultation 300 per wheather consultation happens or not. If you are here Don't buy medicine inside Hospital go outside you will get10 to 15% discount outside.

(5 Star only for Dr Akhilesh). He is one of those finest doctors I have ever met. The way he interacts with patients is phenomenal. Now coming to the point where most reviews say that the hospital loots money. This is absolutely true. But I believe Dr Akhilesh is not aware of it since he is a visiting doctor. So I can't blame him because we could only meet him after more than 4 hours. We visited the hospital on 13 August along with my wife who was then suffering with mild chest pain due to gastritis. We have all reports with us before visiting the hospital. The duty nurse at the reception made a call to duty doctor (who was absent on duty) and briefed him about the reports. Meanwhile, my uncle and I were busy in making payment. By then, they took my wife to casualty room where she was given saline with an IV injection. I was shocked why was she given a saline when she was normal. And the duty doctor came after an hour and told us on the advice of Dr Lakshmi who is gynaecologist that we had to admit her since she is having pain every day for certain period. We said "No" for it. And then he asked us to keep her on observation till evening. We then told, let Dr Akhilesh come and say what to be done. Surprisingly, hours are passing but the 500 ml saline didn't get over. After 4 hours when Dr Akhilesh came to his cabin, I asked the nurse at casualty room that how long this 500 ml saline takes to get completed. Then, she increased the dripping speed and it got over in another 15 min. Finally we could meet Dr Akhilesh after 4 hours. The interaction with him was exceptional. After the consultation we were called to reception for billing. They charged us with Rs 1200 (Rs 300/hr) as bed charge apart from consultation fee. Then I realised why they took 4 hours to compete a 500 ml saline. We were given discount of extra 15 min. And charged Rs 700 for IV and saline. I can't believe what was such costly injection she was given. Neither those injections were mentioned by the duty doctor on the case sheet nor we got any bill for it. So, this is how they loot money. And surprisingly, the necessary medicine advised by the Dr Akhilesh was not in stock in the dispensary. But they had 500ml saline and other IV injections to loot money from the patients. So, my suggestion is that visit the hospital only when Dr Akhilesh is present in the hospital. Because, the duty doctors there of no use and they use these unnecessary saline and injections to loot money.

I recently took my mother to Ujwal Hospital for a hysterectomy surgery, where we were attended to by Dr. Lakshmi mam. We found her care and attention towards my mother outstanding. I would like to highlight a few key points that distinguished our experience at this hospital: 1. We experienced an overwhelming sense of ease. We often encounter strict rules at other hospitals that make waiting for our loved ones outside the surgery room or having extra visitors in the room challenging. However, at Ujwal Hospital, we were pleasantly surprised to see Dr. Lakshmi mam and her team handle these situations with grace and understanding. Their relaxed attitude was a refreshing change. 2. Throughout the entire process, from consultation to surgery, Dr. Lakshmi mam continuously communicated with my mother. She assured her that she was in safe hands and had no reason to be scared. This made my mother feel incredibly comfortable both before and during the surgery. 3. Dr. Lakshmi mam also offered us a great deal of flexibility in terms of our visits. She patiently took the time to address all our concerns and queries, accommodating our schedules and ensuring we felt heard and reassured. 4. Last but not least, I want to acknowledge the staff at Ujwal Hospital. They were attentive, active, and demonstrated a deep commitment to patient care. In conclusion, I extend my heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Dr. Lakshmi mam and the entire support staff at Ujwal Hospital. We had an excellent experience at UJHWAL HOSPTIALS. We were here for emergency delivery and after that NICU for baby. Both deliveries for the mother and NICU for the kid were so delicately taken care of that by god's grace everything went well.
