Extremely pathetic staff ,doctors will call you and on same hand doctors will not be present on time ,on top of it ladies toilet is being used by males and if you call doctor they will say don't call us "apka kam hai aa k line lagana" this line has been said to me on phone ,till the time you have money they have respect for patient ,also on reception there is one lady sits on extrem left I have heard saying to a patient/relative that Paisa jama karwao nahi to dawa band kardenge ,pls pls never ever visit ujala Cygnus hospital no respect no hospitality on top of it receptionist are extremely rude except Durga mam

Very Misbehaved, Impolite and unpro receptionist lady was sitting there , she called Dr Tarun gupta and told i am misbehaving, doctor also supported her and returned me .. My only mistake was to ask her that when I called before coming she told me to come by 11 in morning and when i reached hospital at 10:45 doctor was not there .. she became furious and called doctor and told him that i am misbehaving... I am also reputed Chartered Accountant and if hospital staff and doctor will misbehave then how patients will believe that they will get proper treatment.. good behaviour is humanity

Dr. Shiv Kumar Goel is a wonderful doctor...Staffs are nice and well behaved.. NURSE took good care of me.

I have never met with such a humble Doctor and staffs from receptionist to cleaner. My father was treated well beyond my expectations under the supervision of Dr. Tarun Gupta. I have never seen a doctor who explains everything so nicely to the patient and be empathetic to family members. Also, you wouldn't burn your pocket in the treatment which is rare to find these days. I am highly thankful to the whole team of Ujala Cygnus.

I had 15mm stone Or calculus in lower ureter. I consulted Dr. Tarun Gupta and he recommended that I take few medicines and wait if the stone passes out but when it didn't after 4 weeks. He then recommended removal through URSL (Or ureteroscopic method). The procedure was done on 28th June and I was discharged next from Ujala hospital without any problems. I was in private room and the staff are very caring and helpful. The facilities are good with clean rooms and very hygienic OT and ICU conditions. Inhouse Canteen facility is also there. Dr. Tarun Gupta is highly experienced surgeon and a very gentle human. His exceptional demeanour, friendly behaviour will solve any patient's half problems. And he is honest as well. The charges are genuine (my package with private room cost just 35k including medicines). Then a stent was placed for a week and it was removed in OPD with additional 2k. Best part is the whole procedure is smooth and painless. I was able drive back each time. Highly recommended.

1stly they charge u 1000rupees to consult with doctor. Then the doctor not even tries to know all ur problems.And by listening ur problems he will suggest u medicine that didn't work properly. I consult with dr Tarun Gupta and he just write medicines and didn't specify my problems what problem I have. They don't ask questions in depth so they could know the problem problem. He just wrote me medicines and said come after 5 days.There was no change in my health. Then I consult in another hospital and within the first day,I saw improvement in myself. And the doctor said the medicine's that u were using before was not totally correct for u. Now with the new medicines I am feeling very well than before. I WILL NOT ADVISE U TO CONSULT DR TARUN GUPTA.HE FIRST GIVE U NORMAL MEDICINES SO THAT U VISIT HIM AGAIN.AND HE TRIES TO EARN MONEY.

Good Doctor Tarun. Good hospital. Charges are little higher side. For ureter stone removal URSL is done. Avoid it because sometimes the broken pieces can go upto to your kidney.

This is a chain hospital and helpline no. is 24hrs available. SOUNDS interesting and good too. but their further dealing is like i remember i called the hospital to admit my patient they said most welcome sir please come. I AGAIN asked them to reconfirm with Dr. i m coming to your hospital they said yes please come. AND WHEN my patient was arriving to the hospital they are like na we cant admit patient . This kind of ludo they played with me. So beware before admitting confirm at reception first and then do further work .
