I'd say a pretty decent experience overall. There was dedicated staff assigned to check if there were any issues. The lady Rama was very sincere in her approach and made sure everything was taken care of. Hospital does need improvements but its going in the right direction by listening and taking action over concerns.

Dr Bipin Goyal....very careless and irresponsible Dr ... I never seen before this type of Dr... I admitted my father here under Dr Bipin Goyal , he has fever since last night but careless Dr not examin him properly and gave him medicine, drops. In 3 days father has no improvement and Dr talks very rudely with me, u can take ur father any whereelse. So I admitted my father another hospital, after test we know that he is suffering with dengue..... that' all I want to say centre hospital,and Dr r very careless and irresponsible ...plzzzz don't take risk ...

Hello everyone, I am Vijendra kamboj. Two days back I was suffering with very high fever. I was in very bad condition even unable to walk or see things clearly. I reached central hospital any how and told in reception it's emergency. I also request to emergency doctor please admit me its emergency condition but no one is serious about patient condition there. From reception to emergency doctor everyone is has so casual approach. They are black spot on humanity. If they are not capable to do such a responsible job. They should leave. They have no right to play with peoples life. While moving to other hospital if anything happens with me then who will be responsible for that. Any how I admitted to other hospital. I am suffering with dengue and low count of platelets.

One of the worse experience of my life, Dr Sanjay Kumar Juyal told us to visit any govt hospital or any roadside clinic for basic corn removal upon asking him the procedure and fee associated with the same. As a citizen we all have right to expression and Dr Juyal made sure that we realise we are incompetent enough to understand medical procedure. As a patient I was seeking advice and their medical opinion, despite paying appointment fee we were told that if we are financially challenged then we must leave the premises. All thanks to Dr Juyal that I can never put my trust into doctors or even seek any medical advice.

Very bad show. Doctors are not come in time and patient number not in sequence. First of all aprocheble person entered 1to 10 no like this entering first. After that no sequence will start. No number calling by doctor attendent. It totally waist of time and money... no person responsible for puntuality and no dicipline in this hospital.

Dr Shalabh Arora is an awesome doctor. He hears you patiently, assess thoroughly and give the best diagnosis. He will make you feel comfortable in discussing all your doubts and give you all the information necessary. He is also very experienced to take care of his patients.

While I recommended my friends to visit this hospital based on its reputation, the rude and unprofessional behavior of the management left us feeling frustrated and unhappy. Despite my best efforts, we were unable to get the help or assistance we required, and the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to listen to our concerns. The lack of communication and empathy only added to our frustration, and we left the hospital feeling let down and unimpressed. In the future, I would not recommend Central Hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare or professional management."

The transparency is not there after getting appointment. The employee directly taking there knows to doctor, bypassing the other patients token number and time. The employees are running the organization name based on these unethical practices. Observation in room no. 40 Department of Gastroenterology. Note- kindly take this as a feedback and hope you resolve this issue ASAP.
