Since 1 PM here is no doctor in ultrasound section, so many patients are waiting... And attendent is saying doctor will come in 5 minutes and he has gone for lunch...right now time is 3:30 PM....

In my whole life i have visited so many hospital in UP and other state, but i am 100% sure no one stand with this hospital. After spending 7 days here i realise this is one and one only / Ummmah to doctor, Nurses, Staff, hospitality, system, management. Wow, wow, wow this is one of the best hospital i have been in my life. Specially in ctvs icu Sangita and Sushila look after very nice /

I visited last week of September 2023. First of all bad experience with reception staff, they were demanding Aadhaar card for OPD registration. It's not legal? Demanding of Aadhaar card for OPD registration is wrong. OPD Doctors behavior and knowledge very good but radiology and pathology lab department just like sleep mode.

My uncle vijay kr singh admitted under Dr Hashim in ICU with severe dengue n bleeding, referred from other hospitals, now he is recovered and healthy, very good treatment. But security behavior is not appropriate.

My patient came in emergency at 5 :30pm from 5:30pm no management done dr advised 6pm for bipap at 6/12 but staff javed no advised followed and at 8 pm when I scolding for that ur staff told me take ur patient to another hospital and sr sazia refused to take patient handover from previous staff this 8s the ER response in ur hospital of anything happen with my patient then ur hospital will be responsible

Overall structure of deluxe room is not good for new born baby and mother. Fan doesn't have regulator, No button or alarm to inform nurse. These are basic things that should be present here. Plus so much quarrel between staff. Very 3rd class behaviour. ONLY THING I LIKE IS DOCTORS are good.
