UG Grand - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Please avoid this hotel there are many other near by the area which are better than this. We made a late check-in today around 3.20 and wanted to check out by 8.30 we informed the hotel as well about it. To my surprise the hotel was not clean, bathroom lights were not working informed the reception and they said they have called the electrician. by the time it was 7 we went out for dinner and asked what happen to the light in bathroom the receptionist reply was so amazing that one needs to visit this hotel for it he says your checkout was at 8.00pm so i did not make an arrangement what does this mean unable to understand. thanks for your amazing and mind-blowing service this was my second visit by the way and make sure I will never visit your property henceforth Bala

Overall this place is situated near Majestic Railway station and Majestic Bus stand and all the major and wholesale markets of not only Bangalore even whole Karnataka are within 3 to 5 minutes of walk able distance. This place is situated in the heart of the city even all Govt. offices are nearby all attractions are nearby like Botanical Garden all the theaters etc.That you will get all types of convenience facilities and accommodations and food at very cheap cost and good quality are nearby. Hotel receptionist Mr.Nagrajan is very polite, kind, wise, helpful and sacred hearted person.

Worst Place to Stay. Staff are too Rash and doesnt communicate Properly. No Room Maintainance. Dont book a Room in this hotel at all. They just don't care About the Customers at all. 0 star Rating. I wanted to cancel the room and they dint give a dam abt the Refund also. Never go to such Hotels.

Near to railway station ,Near to metro Station, easy connectivity., Rate is very reasonable. Only Rs. 550 per day, on make my trip Room service is not good, hot water will not be provided aftet 8 am. In bathrooms tab leakage was there.. TV, fan, was fine..

I have stayed here many times and wrote review earlier. And the Management team have replied to my review that they have changed everything and the hotel is maintained as per the standard. Believing that, i have stayed there last week(June 16th to 20th June). They have not even gave me a cleaned room. They treat people who booked through goibibo very worst. If you book there directly they treat different. For rooms booked through goibibo, they wont even clean the room and AC rooms, they switch off the AC after few hours and not hot water is provided for a bath. Very worst service. I repeat again, plz dont ever book this hotel in your life. Very very worst hotel. They and there group of hotels-UG Grand, Ug Regal, Ug royalllllllllllllllll

Good rooms, very near from the station, good transport facility from this place having bus stand and railway station nearby. Reasonable price. Service is avg.

Basic cleanship not there. lots of dust inside room. spider webs. I was wondering may be Spiderman had visited this room earlier. The staff don't care for guest coming through goibibo. Better goibibo remove this hotel from their list. If goibibo want that people will book from your site. TV not working. lights are not properly working. open wire in bathroom. no towel and other supplies in room like soap, shampoo etc. when asked for towel thrice that housekeeper came and said sir we don't have towels because of rain from last 3 days and said 'aaj manage karlo'. **** People my stay was for one day only. These type of hotels should be banned. What the ****!!! I can't believe this kind of hotel and person are also working in hospitality industry. Worse hotel of my life. Owner of this hotel might be running a roadside stall before opening this hotel(no sense of hospitality). Please have zero rating also for this kind of hotel. (Room no. 207)
