I've recently joined UFS. Loved how versatile the workouts are throughout the week. The trainers and the staff are very kind and they'll help you throughout the weight loss journey. Highly recommended.
Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I am having good experience. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at.Aerobics and strong nation are fun.I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.
Best experience so far with great training session especially by prassanna sir and other mam.workout sessions help building muscular strength ,increase body stamina,with lot of positive motivation and friendly atmosphere.
I joined UFS in April it's been 6 1/2 months now and it has been an amazing learning curve in terms of workout. Everyday is a new challenge to push your limits. The workout regime spanned over week is so versatile that it makes you wanna go back every morning.
I wasn't a fan of lifting weights(barbell blast workout) but after joining here it's now one of my favourite as it challenges me to push my limits.
Prassana sir and Evita ma'am both have so much positive energy and enthusiasm that is passed on to us which spreads gives motivation for workout.
Will definitely recommend to join here and experience it for yourself

Hands down, best choice I have made training at UFS. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great. They are professional as well as friendly. They take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. Workouts and Music is great. They always motivate us to be consistent. UFS is not just a weight loosing space, its a space where you can have fun while continuing daily fitness routine. And they have workout packages that are suitable for all class of people. Budget friendly choice ! Would highly recommend to friends and family.
