Good gym with new equipment. Decent crowd . Have separate ladies timing . Following guidelines as per covid . Trainers are very helpful and train all the members with dedication . They help you with workout and also with your diet plan . The location is quite convenient for people living around park street . A must go to place.

It's is one of the best gym in the heart of the city, trainers are very friendly they will guide you in their best possible ways, and it's pocket friendly rather than joining high budget gym, why to go elsewhere where we are getting all facilities under one roof including steambath, personal trainer, air conditioner, safety precautions are also taken care off. Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
I have been working out here since February, 2021. My experience is really good. The owner, the trainers I must say their behaviour is really good. In some of the gym the trainers generally ask for a personal training, but in AR fitness they never do
