Worst experience - We went there as the name "Udupi " - The waiter gave the menu card and we were looking items and when we about to order he said only dosa and masala dosa available. Masala dosa was worse. The washroom is so unhygienic. Food - 2/3 Waiter Service - 1/5 Ambiance - 2.5/5 Washroom - 0/5 Parking - 3/ DON'T ENTER HERE - NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst place to have breakfast.we visited at 10am.Took orders without telling us they have very less chutney.Sambar and Saagu are just tasteless hot water with vegetables.Poori is not prepared well totally doughy.after complaining also they didn't care to remove it from the bill.
One of the best buy passes hotels for lunch and breakfast. I think in the evening they will serve a chat on the ground floor. It's empty when we have lunch.
I would give negative rating for service if possible. The waitress gave us a menu card to order from and after finalising the order she mentioned that only North Indian food is available. Then why would you call it Udupi if there's no South Indian food available? The food was of disappointing quality but the worst thing was the service. The people who take the order are least interested in taking orders. Had to walk up to them multiple items whenever we needed something. We didn't get water after asking multiple times and even after multiple reminders got the glasses in the end. This is like the basic thing that you expect when you are going to a restaurant. And the waitresses were making faces when we were complaining about these things. Last thing that you expect when you are halting for some food after a long drive. Absolutely pathetic!
Went for lunch (food review on meals), meals utter bad. Poori was a tragedy. It has black colour coating- over cooked. Looks like they are using filthy/cheap and million times reused oil. Papad was disaster. Men's washroom unhygienic. Ample car parking area, But needs to be parked under the scorching sun. I personally did not like the food atall and felt it could spoil my stomach.

Average Food, Pathetic Staff , Dirty Washrooms. Don't go here if you have self respect. Restaurant staff was roaming around but no one came to take order. Mineral water bottle was given but no glass were there to drink water. Wrong items served at the table. Handwash is directly near by the tables without any separation. Washroom was horrible experience.
