Worst food ever, in dosa just oil nothing else. Served spoiled chutney and unclean environment

Worst experience , i ordered idly vada, the idly was cold and vada was too oily, no place serves idly cold even the smallest establishments which are on streets always serve it hot. When questioned, they told the sambar is hot (which was warm) and that should suffice. Atleast they could have informed me (customer) that both the food items are cold and if I would still like to place the order. Also, Plates of previous customers who had finished eating were lying on the table and they dint even bother cleaning or removing it from the table. I don't have high expectations but the least anyone will expect from any restaurant is to serve the food hot and expect the tables to be clean. Hence, requesting you all not visit this place.
