Udupi Sri krishna Bhavana - South Indian restaurant in Agra - Agra, India

We are a travelling family of 10 and in one of our stop to get lunch, we opted to go to Udupi Brindavan since it is one of the suggested quality indian food in a quality restaurant around Agra. Despite strong rain today, we searched to find it, to have a convenient family lunch. Food was good but the group ladies playing bingo inside ruined our proper lunch in a supposedly a proper place. How can a management allow this to their customers? The ladies are bursting of laughter in the middle of lunch, of diners silently dinning suffering from listening to them announce the next number of bingo, repeatedly emphasizing the number drawned. The restaurant might have a good set up, good food, but it gave all of us a feeling like we are in a Bingo amusement hall, and eating in a noisy food court inside a mall or gaming amusement centre. Unless management pays more attention to travellers looking for experience, this restaurant is not gonna cut it. Great food, good set up, Bad ambience, bad experience. If they want to host a Bingo event, by all means do it, but in a separate hall.

Nice ambience & tasty south indian meals at affordable price

Udupi, dasaprakash restaurant, is a great place to dine in. After a hectic day at the Taj Mahal and with hunger pangs at its peak, the food was truly appetizing and homely. The hospitality of the staff made us feel at home. Taste and spice level was just too perfect, that we were satisfied with the food. Our lunch was extraordinary. Thanks to all the staff who made our lunch time fantastic

Wel maintained family restaurent with South Indian speciality but serves North Indian meals as well, including two types are thali which are good. Had thali as well as dosa and found very tasty. Rate wise on little higher side, but sitting comfort and ambience very nice and peaceful, Service wise little slower, may be due to less no of customers during our visit. Hotel Dasprakash also situated in the same complex and uses the same restaurent for its customers.

Excellent food and service, must try :Cream of Tomato soup and Onion Uttapam..

Fantastic food. Authentic South Indian comfort food. Amazing and welcoming staff. Serene and calm ambience. 10/10 place to have a soulful meal.

One real and superb south Indian food serving restaurant in Agra. Great food menu. Need to price a bit better on customer pocket. Overall really good restaurant.

Since the friendly manager asked us to write a Google review (preferably immediately and in his presence) while we were practically still eating and talking, we are happy to do so here. First of all, the food we had here was fresh, plentiful and tasty. Everything was very clean and the waiter explained the dishes (south indian platter) to us in detail, which was very informative and interesting. The service was also very attentive. So attentive, in fact, that 6 people from the restaurant constantly watched us while we were eating (we were the only guests at first) and we felt like we were being watched. Also the dishes were already cleared away literally while we were still eating. Didn't seem like a restaurant that locals would go to, but more like a tourist restaurant.
