The place is just behind Ellish Bridge Police Station. Free street parking is there and waiting area. Both are in the same area. Place is popular so you may face face waiting. (we waited half an hour) Food: One of the best taste this rest. has in ahmedabad for south indian food. Price is very reasonable. Staff is co-operative (my experience). Place is small though but ehh its good enough. If you want south indian taste in reasonable cost near city. This place is for you. Attaching photos and videos for your reference.
Good Food good taste. It is really nice south Indian restaurant. Situated near Town hall crossroads next to police station. Easily reachable. We ordered here 1. Idly vada plate. (contains 1 idly and 1 meduvada) taste was delicious sambhar was good the white chatni was good. Rating 4/5 2. Mysore Masala dosa with masala separated and it was awesome. Rating 4/5 3. Rasam was quite ok ok. Rating 3/5 Still, this is place where you can have an authentic south Indian taste. Really good and service was also quick. Ambiance was also nice they kept the cleanliness. Overall, my experience was up to the mark, and I recommend this place to all south Indian food lovers.
We had to wait for almost an hour to get the table here, tried their Masala dosa, Rava Masala dosa, Rasam Rice. Dosas were good and crispy, the stuffing was enough. Did not like their Sambhar, it was thin in consistency and was not up to the mask taste wise. On the other hand Rasam Rice was below everage.
Shreesha the owner is very gentle. Very warm hospitality and very authentic South Indian Food. Location is also very nice. Close to Sabarmati so one can feel the cool breeze. It is centrally located yet peaceful. I highly recommend this place.
