Udupi Park Family Restaurant - Vegetarian restaurant in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Till today morning it was our favourite restaurant. Today packed masala dosa, while having found dead cockroach inside. Till now I thought it's cheep and best. Now it's end up in cheep in cleanliness also.

Parking available, good service. Bit costly not worth the food and food quality is not great. They charge 5 rupees per item for parcel even after charging premium for average food. Today I bought shezwen fried rice but it was looking like ordinary fried rice got rotten chutney for dosa.

I had south meal once it's very nice, they give more rice than usual. Staff's are very generous i forgot my bike key in the tablethey kept it safely.

The separate enclosure which has service had a lot of junk lying there. There is only one wash basin and water was not coming in that. A separate kept there for handwash contained dirty water. The dish was just okay but the hygiene needs to improve a lot.l

Ordered for an meal as it was lunch time, experience was an disaster , Informed him to give chapathi, as poori found to fried couple of hours before lunch time To my disaster even chapathi were dry unable to chew, you couldn't have them until you soak them in the Sabji you serve, Took a piece of chapathi and gave it cashier who was in billing counter, told him not fit for human consumption, I want to ask management whether they don't have budget for cooking oil for chapathi s Dry and Dead Rasam served was too chillee hot, I would have enjoyed it if it would have been spicy It was so hot thought it was an non- veg hotels and not Veg hotel, Payasam you served had Burnt smell Kindly improve your food quality , hotel is in the highway that doesn't mean only floating customers visit and you can serve bad food As I am from an hotel industry I have knowledge about South Indian food You meal food cost is less than 30% My only request is to improve your food Quality & I beg you kindly train your staff.

Useless staff and person sitting in cash counter is a cheater. When we visited last we ordered 2 fried rice. And they given only one. When asked the person in kichen told he wil give one more. We finished eating first one but second one still not prepared. When asked again the people in kichen told there was only one in the items slip, so they given only one. Then we spoke to cashier who then told there were two, but since we already finished eating and taste and quality was not good, we decided not to take and cancel the second one which they had not even started preparing. They were forcing us to take take the second one as parcel. And I told as we wil not be eating it, we don't want it. Then they were fine with that but expecting us to leave. When we asked for the refund for it as it was prepaid, cashier is telling he is not sitting there to refund. And also he cannot refund as it was paid by paytm and owner of restaurant has to refund it. After some shouting they made payment using Google pay which also failed and I never got that money. So these people are here to cheat customers like this and quality and cleanliness is zero. As most of the customers are people travelling on highway and not many are repeat customers, they are living by cheating the customers.

Nothing Udupi about this place, beware. It is a ripoff. Other Udupi restaurants should take legal action against this place as it is spoiling their image and reputation. Thankfully, in my case the food was just OK, and I did not get food poisoning. So it is a bad restaurant with potential to improve.
