I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with this blatant exploitation of customers. Firstly, let me start by expressing my astonishment at the exorbitant charge imposed for a meager portion of extra chutney. It is important to note that chutney is an integral part of South Indian cuisine, and its presence is expected and enjoyed by patrons. To impose an additional fee for an essential accompaniment is both disappointing and unfair. What struck me the most was the lack of transparency regarding this price increase. Nowhere on the menu or displayed in the restaurant was there any mention of an extra charge for chutney. It was only upon receiving the bill that I realized the extent of this unexpected expense. Such non-disclosure is a blatant attempt to deceive customers and extract additional money from them. Furthermore, the quality of the chutney itself did not justify the inflated price. It lacked the authentic flavors and freshness that one would expect from a renowned South Indian restaurant. It was evident that the establishment was more focused on profiting from customers than delivering a memorable dining experience. This price hike for extra chutney is not only an inconvenience but also an insult to customers who have supported Udupi Modern Hindu Hotel in the past. Good authentic masala dosa. Both chutney and sambhar are good accompaniments. Tea was also superb. Sad to not find goli bhajje.

Good Food For vegitarian , nd sweet nd curd also available in veg tali.. And vest and clean hotel ,vegurarians loves tgis hotel and also available chinen also biryani and all..

Had my lunch on 24/02/2022 .the curd given was pathetic.lot of other suspended particles floating on it. I found A lot of negligency serving food to the customers.

Good taste and quality also good.. but need of more hygiene.

This place situated at correct place just beside the NH, Taste ia very good at reasonable price. My borther had an important meeting he also attended it there. The hotel staff are very good.
