My experience: Staff was very rude. One book was not delivered but billed. She was not ready to accept the mistake on their side and take responsibility for the same. The book was not delivered until now even after informing them. Very reckless and careless attitude. Do not recommend at all.

Don't order books if you are abroad, had a really terrible experience ordering books from Germany. It's almost an year, didn't receive the books nor refund, everytime when I call them, they tell me the books are not available, I told them many a times to refund the money and all they say is yeah we will process is today, but never received the money back. I left it after getting fed up !

I order the book on Wednesday. September 8th. They said they'll deliver it in 2 days, since I insisted them it's urgent. Today when I called them they said they do not have the stock and asked me to wait for some more days. I had to cancel my order and get the book from somewhere else.

Worst experience in my last purchase. If we order some books and if they don't have stock for few of them, they themselves will send some other books without consulting you. Be careful while ordering books here. Very worst customer care. No one will answer you responsible or sensible.
