Room was clean and room service was fine ..although the power supply was a big problem. .We had a lot of problem because of power issue ..We could not check out on time and our plans got delayed because we could not do anything since there was no light in the room ! ..all the time they said that there was some sort of DG issue ...Otherwise the food was good ...limited options in buffet breakfast.. The view is zero from the room as the whole glass window is super dirty from outside .

The hotel has all the amenities necessary for a three or star hotel yet the level of service is very poor. Often there is water leakage from the bathroom clogging the passage, exhaust doesn't work. Even basic Amenities like toiletries are provided after continuous follow up. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options but the quality of food is not that great. Not a recommended stay for sure.

They gave us poorest room ever!We have to change room at late midnight as we have noticed t air conditioning not working.Given ugly suite . doable but r air conditioning cannot adjust to t temperature we prefer!Decided to change to other hotel next day.

Located at a convenient distance from Har Ki pauri and the highway. Service is good. Rooms were a mixed bag. Bed and sheets were clean but the floor was not even cleaned when they gave us the room. Room service did a wishwash job of cleaning when asked. Also extra bed was put on this dirty ground. Really disappointed for the price they charge. Even the most basic hotels provide a bed frame these days for an extra bed.

Good experience overall. Clean rooms, bedsheets, towels. Ample of parking space in and around the hotel. Vicinity of the hotel is not too crowded. There is sleeping facility overnight for accompanying drivers too, which is a huge plus. Food is slightly expensive.

WORST HOTEL EVERRR !!!! We have stayed here for just 12 hours and the water was not coming in the bathroom , the A.C was not working , They were overcharging for complimentary item like water . The rooms were pathetic , huge wide cracks were there all over the walls and celings , delaying in bringing coffee and especially calling 3 times if we are going to pay for it before even making it . For a 3 occupancy room , they don't even have an extra pillow . And water was not coming in the flush and jet spray , waited for 1.5hrs , called them 5 times , still water didn't came . And then they blamed on us and kept making excuses . I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .And if the Udman's authority admistratives or management are reading this , shame on the services . I want my refund. This was a nightmare , even dharamshala are better than this

Excellent stay along with delicious breakfast and food! Some improvements in room cleaning and dusting required.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EXPERIENCED TILL DATE. *The walls of the hotel were filled with crackks *No water supply in washrooms.we waited for atleast 2 hours for the water to come, on asking from the reception, they were not believing us, giving us excuses. *The AC wasn't working . *They even charged 100/- for single water bottle. * We booked for 3 occupancy rooms, and when asked for extra bed, they didn't even have pillow and proper mattress. * The food being served at the restaurant was from the nearby located Dhaba.
