I order online from them time to time because they are the only ones that serve coffee with Indian breakfast around my place. But they charge too much for packing!!
Just packing for each tiffin & beverage item costs +7 & even extras like kharampudi also they charge +5. You order 3 or 10 coffees, they will still send u in the same single aluminium foil cover, but the packing is charged extra 7x10 which is ridiculous!!!!
The taste of the Coffee used to be good before, but not anymore. Either tastes like tea or too sweetened.
And mind you the price of every item is far more than any other restaurant, that should have included the packing cost too!! None of the other restaurants charge this ridiculously for packing.
Worst place to order food from, the order is continuously delayed without any context and the food u get is stale with lack of taste and a whole disrespect to the customer.. never seen such a mess in service and hospitality industry.
Very poor service. They created an AC section and made other section as self service. Most of them are Bengalis and Biharis who does not understand our food nor respond properly. Will not go to them next time.Also, very costly. Overall not worth.

Very bad service to all the new customers they misguide and make seat in AC dining where prices are 40% higher. Taste is Okiesh compared to other Udupi. Very unprofessional staff and bad service.
First of all it's not udipi hotel. They just kept the name. Prices are too high compared to udipi restaurants. Not even the taste and quantity matches with price. Not a great ambiance too. Felt like looted.
Pls trust our review and don't go. The waiters don't know a bit of telugu. There is a rat running around. The dosa and uttapam will definitely give u upset stomach. Pesarattu was made full of cheap quality oil. Service is practically non existent. Despite telling them to clear our Khali plates they had no idea what to do.
