One of the best resort I have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.
Everything was very well organized and systematic. However the canteen service should improve. I hope to have a better experience next time.

It's a lovely well maintained property with cooperative and friendly staffs. Location is prime too. The pool is a plus here. Food is great as well. Darjeeling tea needs to be added in the menu.
It's my second visit to UDICHI and I must say this is one of the best resorts in Shantiniketan, Bolpur. I should appreciate how the waiters are friendly to the visiters . Has a Great ambience, Excellent food and service . Visiting again next time soon!
Stayed a night with family including an infant. Nice/clean hotel with very welcoming and cooperating staff. Made car and hotel room reservation on phone without any problem. All of our requests and needs have been taken care of by the entire staff. The hotel is excellently maintained and the landscaping is beautiful and calming. The pool on the terrace is also very clean and nicely maintained. As a global business traveler, I would like to mention, for those of the similar type travelers, if you need non-smoking room, inform the hotel ahead of time so that they can prepare the room as all the rooms are "smoking-allowed" type. In my case, of the 2 rooms we rented, one had smoke-smell issue but the hotel staff promptly cleaned and transferred me to another room without any issue. Also, if you use corded shaver, note that there is no plug point at the vanity area inside bathroom. So, you will have to either use corded shaver in the bedroom next to the mirror or use cordless shaver. The bathroom amenities are all excellent but unlike many top tier hotels in India and abroad, the shower area is not partitioned with glass door. So, the shower water spreads all across the bathroom floor. Food quality is outstanding and the service staff are very sincere and helpful. Recommend training them more to be better efficient. Looking forward to stay again if we visit in the future.
Udichi Regency is a very well maintained private property in Santiniketan. Near viswabharati University. Here you will get a very luxurious experience. Swimming pool, inhouse restaurant, dormitory, private, double, quadruple rooms available. For booking you have to call their number.
Excellent behaviour, awesome food quality & very much cooperative staffs. The main attraction of the hotel is the super positive ambience. It is so much colourful. We are overwhelmed with their service. Wished to stay longer next time.
