UDBHAVA HOSPITALS MIYAPUR - Featured Reviews (464)
Worst hospital. All they need is money. Multiple duplicate charges in the IP bill. Ex: 1. If they use one tablet for the patient. In case sheet nurses mention 3 tablets and pharmacy it will be shown 9 tablets. 2. Even after prooving and the manager got to know that there are multiple duplicate charges in the final bill, he asked us to wait for 1-2 hours. Finally he says there is nothing in my hand. Worst hospital
Recently we visited Udbhava hospital when I got Dengue fever. Dr Divya was very helpful in consulting. She explained everything patiently, also advised when is the right time to get admitted. Only when platelates went below 1 lakh, we were advised for admission. Doctors are always available in the ER for any emergency and they have a 24 hours working lab. Quick test results and reasonable price for everything. I was admitted for 3 days and all the facilities were like how you would find in a big hospital. Nurses were friendly and took care very well. I would like to mention sisters Pooja and Shweta who attended in different shifts. Doctors, nutritionists, management staff kept visiting daily to make sure we are comfortable. Overall, a good hospital. If you are staying in Miyapur area, this is a good place to start treatment. This can be a go-to place.
Taking care is very good. Treatment is good ,every hour doctors will visit the patient and takes updates. Sister will care like a family members. And bed calling units are quickly responding. And it was fully hygienic and everytime sanitized rooms.Treated like a family members.
I recently had an unfortunate experience at Hospital Udbhava that has compelled me to write this negative review. The issues I encountered during my mother's gallbladder removal procedure left me disappointed and frustrated. Here are some of the key points that contributed to my negative experience: 1) Misleading Information from IP Billing: On October 16th, I inquired with the IP billing department regarding insurance benefits. The individual I spoke to assured me that only two days of room allocation and a shared room would be provided. When I sought clarification multiple times, I received the same response. This lack of transparency was concerning. They should have clearly explained the potential for more extended room allocation and the possibility of a single room based on my insurance policy. It appeared that the billing person intentionally provided incomplete information. Later, I discovered that my insurance covered three days of room allocation and a single room, as confirmed by MediAssist. This was misleading and inexcusable. 2) Surgery Delay and Poor Communication: My mother's gallbladder removal surgery was scheduled for Wednesday, October 18th. After admitting her and conducting prechecks, the anesthesia doctor informed us that the operation was scheduled for 3 PM. However, during the pre-operative phase, a food delivery person inexplicably arrived and insisted on serving food to my fasting mother. When we explained that an operation was imminent, he revealed that the surgery had been rescheduled for the following day. This sudden change left us shocked and frustrated. We argued with the food delivery person, but the situation only worsened when we received a message from the doctor, stating that the management claimed there was a billing issue. When we investigated, the IP billing personnel claimed there was no billing problem. The entire situation was chaotic, and the lack of coordination was unacceptable. 3) Discharge Delay and Billing Issues: Following the surgery, we anticipated my mother's discharge on Saturday, as advised by the doctor on Friday night. However, the hospital administration delayed the discharge process significantly. My discharge summary was processed at 4 PM, and it reached the same IP billing person. He processed my bills to the insurance company, but a message from MediAssist indicated that the claim was waiting for documents. When I approached the IP billing person again, he casually mentioned that the insurance company was asking to reduce the bills. This was misleading since the actual issue was a request for additional documentation, not a reduction in the bill. It was clear that this individual was not being forthright. In conclusion, Hospital Udbhava has several positive aspects, including competent doctors and dedicated staff. However, my experience was marred by poor coordination, misleading information, and a lack of transparency. The hospital's inability to manage crucial details, such as surgery scheduling and billing, significantly impacted my mother's treatment and the overall experience. Had it not been for these issues, my opinion of the hospital might have been more positive. I hope they take steps to improve their coordination and communication to provide a better experience for future patients. Note: Please be very careful with IP billing guy Shiva, he didn't say anything correctly. As we are feeling deeply disappointed since the operation was postponed with their lack of co-ordination, it's crucial to emphasize that when we asked IP billing guy Shiva about our loss, he responded with remarkable rudeness. He carelessly and repeatedly uttered, "What is the loss, sir? There is no loss." This insensitivity was displayed despite the fact that my mother was in a hospital bed with an IV, and my wife, a dental doctor, had to close her clinic. Additionally, my brother-in-law had to take time off work. We had all rearranged our schedules based on the assurance given to us that the operation would take place on Wednesday.Shiva's attitude only exacerbated our distress.
