Udayee's Hotel BVN Grand - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

I booked a room in this hotel online using Cleartrip for 12th August. On reaching the hotel the desk person told they are not accepting online bookings and refused to honour the Cleartrip voucher. I was spoken to very rudely and asked to go away. It was a very difficult situation to be in withy family. I don't know who cheated me of my money, Cleartrip or the hotel owner. I made numerous calls to Cleartrip customer care but no one picked the call.I don't know from whom to reimburse my lost money from. Do not book online for this hotel or else you will lose your money.The desk person and another staff of this hotel were really very very rude. Update : Cleartrip reimbursed the amount to me.

The room we got was very bad Shower not working Bathroom light not working It was not that awesome. But the locality was very easy for Darshanam buses etc. Never ever try to book through OYO in Tirupati none of them accepts that cost

The staff here is so helpful albeit slightly delayed when it comes to room service. But the room facilities are good for the price you pay. Bathrooms are clean. Small rooms but it's okay given the budget price. We tried the Chinese food from the adjacent restaurant which was surprisingly delicious. Also, the restaurant itself was very clean. No complaints with the hygiene. Together with a cooperative and smiling staff, I found my stay well worth it.

Charging extra money beyond oyo price.. But not at all worth the money..They want only money but they are not ready to provide services for the money they charge.. No toilet pan cover, no ventilation, bed sheets covered with stains and blotches, no room service and the list goes on.. Don't do the mistake of paying online, better go and take a look at the room and pay at the hotel.. Then you will realize the fraud that is going on there.. This hotel doesn't deserve the title Capital O, instead it should be called Capital Zero.. Piligrims will fall for the trap of the false images they show online, but in reality people who drink alcohol and stay for the night are the regular customers for this hotel..

Negative attitude of the reception boy, demanding extra money beyond the online payment.. Waste of money, it should be called as Lodge or Dormitory instead of hotel.. Even Rs 300 for a night is over priced for the facilities they provide..Piligrims are the main prey for this kind of hotels..Dont book online...See the horrible place with your own eyes and then decide.. The minimum price they were expecting for the dump yard they have is above Rs 1000 it seems.. Atleast as customers we should make people realize about the shady business these people are doing..

Very nice room and comfortable room at affordable price. They provide even extra bed if u need without extra cost. The restaurant in the hotel serve a decent food. The dosa variety is good. The bad part is bathroom they need fix the tap in the bathrooms and the closet cover was broken as i stayed only for a night i didn't bother much

Ok kind of place with friendly staff, situated a bit away from the station and bus stand. However a 2 minute walk to the crossing gets you all the buses going uphill to Tirumala. If the visit to the temple is your main objective this is not a bad place. Rooms are tiny but enough for pilgrims. The AC rooms are good. 24 running hot and cold water is available. Standard quality food is available in the restaurant on the ground floor. Room service can be better.

Rooms are very small. It s suitable only for 2 people. If extra person s there, they will provide u a mattress with out bed. One has to sleep on mattress on floor. And it's too dark. They have neither tube lights nor CFL in their rooms. That have only night bulbs. It's too dark even in mid afternoon. I been into this hotel through OYO. The only thing I feel better is quality of breakfast.
