Hospital is clean and well maintained. Nursing staff and ward boys are also supportive and friendly. Reports sometime gets delayed which is okay. The only problem is pharmacy store... They don't have the range of medicine prescribed by the doctor. One other problem is generic medicine. When you go to pharmacy store just ask for branded medicine instead of generic medicine. Generic medicines are cheap and ineffective when the disease is severe. But people don't get it and buy it because of the discount pharmacy offer on those machines.
I am giving 4 out of 5 stars only because rooms did not come equipped with bell . The hospital is clean and charges are reasonable. The front office staff Shalini was specially helpful during the discharge process.
I'd have given ratings in MINUS! Never ever consider going to this hospital. They just want to take money from you as much as you can for no reason. They'll never get bothered about your health but bills. Unmannered and rude staffs. Even doctors are unprofessional, they'll not even come to check you. Fraud hospital.
Udayan hospital is a very poor hospital. Here only money is looted from the patients. No staff cares. This is a hospital only for looting. Bed charge is Rs 3000 only for one day.
