Udayagiri Multi Speciality Hospital - Hospital in Changanassery - Kottayam, India

My aged parents visited the hospital today evening to see the physician due to the poor man management at the hospital they had to wait for long hours to even see the doctor Nandakumar who is the chief physician. Finally when they went in for consultation they were carrying individual reports of full body check up they had done from a reputed firm. However the doctor just REFUSED to even look at their report and demanded he will only look at it if its been taken from his hospital and asked them to leave. Its utmost disregard to medical ethics and professionalism and only driven out of a business mentality . Above that he did not even have the courtsey to refund the consultation fees. Stay away from such money minded establishments who put everything else ahead of the patient welfare

POOR IN DIAGNOSIS.. Please avoid this hospital if possible for any emergency and serious illness. My mother was admitted in ICU for cough and difficulty in breathing. They done all tests like blood, ct scan, xray, covid test and could not diagnosis.After 5days she was forced to shift to pulmonology dept at pushpagiri hospital in serious condition with high infection in lungs.

Worst hospital experience!!! Overpriced!!! Very badly behaving pharmacy staffs, they can't even treat a simple sinus infection, I don't how they are managing surgeries at this hospital. Go to tiruvalla, there are better hospitals. Or go to medical College Kottayam.

Horrible experience in nursing care. I got the worst experience on 14/06/2023 at Casuality department(afternoon).the nursing staff are not providing personal care and respect for the patients and Bystander. One of the nurse ask to the Bystander. (AA TRAY KAZHUKI VEKKANAM, TRAY IL VELLAM OZHICHIDANAM, thirich kidathiyal injection edukkamm. Etc.)they don't know how to behave with elderly patients..

This hospital is not careing for peciant,my first consulting for this hospital,my son not well after, frist i take appointment time 12.30 sharped tym iam comeing hospital then 4 hours waiting for outside reception staff is not responsible, Not satisfying the hospital

I consulted Dr. Manasa Krishna(ENT specialist) for my tonsillitis pain. I consulted two other doctors from other hospitals and no one was able to diagonise it correctly. Within two days of consulting Dr.Manasa, the pain subsided and felt relief. I's definitely recommend this hospital for the best doctors and the token system for consulting.

Very Humane approach. Doctors are caring and Good. Nurses are caring and treat you with empathy but some arrogant staffs are there in OP ticket counter, if its ignored, you can get good service.

A worst experience i had in that hospital. Dctr girija as well as the nurse behaviour is very ruthless, inferior, poor , 3 rd class & many more . Plz don't visit to udayagiri hsptl it's waste of money more than that save ur life by consulting any other good hospital .
