Udaya Resort - Resort hotel in Palakkad, Kannadi-II - Palakkad, India

I stayed in the premium room at Udaya Resorts. The open shower in the washroom was breathtaking, I never knew such a place existed in Palakkad. Will 100 percent recommend this place for a getaway. To top it all the property has a beautiful view of the Yakkara river.

We four booked Two rooms and stayed on 3-11-23. Place is really good with nice ambiance. Had taken oil massage, steam bath, it was good, food is good, very courteous staff, who also provided two hrs slow charging for my EV. I am sure next time also i book this place.

Udaya Resorts was chosen for my Son's wedding(in November)as we wanted an open air space for the function. The lawn is on the Bank of Yakkara River (Bharathapuzha) which provides a perfect backdrop. The lawn can accommodate around 250 people crowd. The management team of team is very helpful and supportive. Only an advice that one can take attention while preparing the madap in a way that river comes fully on the back ground instead of the flats on the other side of the river. Good experience. Recommend the venue for those who looking for open venues for wedding, reception.

Two stars are only given for location. The maintenance is very poor. The children's park in the resort was dirty with insects crawling on the slides and many playthings were broken. There are hardly any workers there. The room ac was leaking and water was dripping on the floor. The wifi stopped working within five minutes and they couldn't repair it. On a weekend evening there was not a single person there to even provide tea. The surroundings were dirty with cigarette butts and alcohol bottles. Never visiting here.

This is a treat for pet lovers, Last but not least, the staff at this resort are known for their hospitality and service. Their friendly and accommodating nature enhances the overall guest experience, making this resort an excellent choice for a peaceful retreat or a quick escape from the routine. However, there are some areas that need attention. Hygiene and room cleanliness should be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay. The quality of food provided at the resort is not up to par, but the advantage is that Swiggy and Zomato services are available in the area for alternative dining options. The facilities for kids also need enhancement to provide a more family-friendly experience. In summary, this resort offers a great atmosphere and amenities but should work on these areas to provide a more comprehensive and satisfying guest experience.

Located in the banks of river, beautiful location but don't have any service and poorly maintained. You won't get any food other than the complimentary breakfast. If you don't have a car food is a big issue.

Good facility considering it is located almost in the centre of palakkad town. No dinner facility, but C-Star, Zomato and swiggy to the rescue. Found deluxe rooms better than cottage. Still New rooms under construction. Good for small friends and family outings.

The pool was not maintained properly, rooms are not lit well and not upto standard. The resort location is good and staff were courteous but they could do more on the property in terms of cleanliness
