Our family have had the privilege of being acquainted with Udai Omni Hospital in various situations for the past 25 years, and my recent experience with them involved undergoing a Right ACL reconstruction performed by Dr. Udai Prakash. In succinct terms, my sentiment can be encapsulated as follows: I personally feel.." It's not just the skill of the doctor that helps the patient, but also the positivity, love and effection from the atmosphere enhances the speed of recovery" Commencing with Dr. Udai Prakash and Dr. Raghav Dutt, both exemplify unparalleled skill and expertise, ensuring recommendations align precisely with the patient's needs and conditions. The diligent approach, considering factors like Multiple Clinical Examinations, MRI Scans, and the demanding full flexion for my leg (supported by physiotherapy) before scheduling surgery, underscores their commitment to optimal patient care. Dr. Udai Prakash have conducted the surgery with meticulous care, employing minimally invasive techniques resulting in minimal pain, sutures, and blood loss, adhering to cutting-edge methodologies. His team of doctors have also been very supportive, post surgery with unwavering attention and care. Along with Udai Sir, there are certain people in this hospital who deserves special mention: Chaithanya Madam, Dr. Udai's Personal Assistant, consistently exuded cheerfulness and provided expedited access, even amid his busiest schedules. Anesthesia Specialist Priyanka Mam played a pivotal role in alleviating my concerns, fostering a calming environment in the surgical room. Post-surgery, the ICU and ward nurses, including Ms. Rameshwari and Ms. Esther, displayed attentiveness and positivity. Ward staff members such as Mr. Shafi, Mrs. Suguna, and Mrs. Pushpa maintained great professionalism, ensuring flawless execution of their duties with utmost hygiene. Special mention goes to Physiotherapist Mrs. Kaur, whose support has been instrumental in my present ability to walk effectively. Noteworthy individuals like Mr. Hussian, who attended to dressing my surgical area, infused positivity and light-heartedness into his tasks, momentarily distracting from my pain and discomfort. Kudos to Mr. Fareed and Mr. Osman, the security and ambulance driver, for their dedicated efforts in ensuring my safe journey home amid very challenging circumstances. Throughout this process, every individual exhibited a singular intention -- not merely treating, but genuinely healing the patient. All the people mentioned above never missed to carry a blossom smile on their faces, and the word "Get well soon" at the end of the conversation created an environment that truly mitigated pain and sorrow. Choosing Udai Omni Hospital for any healthcare needs is not merely a decision based on the presence of skilled professionals, but it is a testament to the compassionate individuals with generous hearts dedicated to serving humanity. Over all the dr udai prakash was good ,but the staff of Dr udai is not good,i really want mention the name mrs chitra for her rude behaviour,she is the secretary of Dr udai prakash,she doesn't have manners how to talk with patients..she was literally shouting at us n was saying do what ever u want to do ,complain where ever u want to I don't care, reckless behaviour..
