My Worst experience ever in my life. Rude behavior of manager and even owner. Bathroom is always stinky. I booked direct booking and after reaching I told manager to give me front facing room and his answer was really very shocking. He said sir front facing room is for our regular customer. Wish I could give zero star rating. My overall experience is worst. They r just taking advantage of season. Worst experience. 1st tym i met with vry d grade manager in my lyf who doesn't know how to deal with guests..no service... Poor hospitality.. Unhygienic rooms... Poor staff....
Worst hotel with worst experience , owner was so rude , road to hotel is too much bad , if have problems in legs or something do not think to come here too much of walking , they won't give you proper service, mention time is different in menu an different for saying . Zero respect to customers , they don't even understand the situation of customer , rudely ask of check out , spooky location. Especially don't come with family. Vulgar behaviour of owner .
We stayed here for two days. And it was a really awesome property in mount. You will get the best view from the hotel because it's on a small mountain. The staff and the owner were really nice. I really recommend this to everyone Note: They only allowed families and couples.
No words to say. It was really a royal treat staying at this property . My one week stay at Udai garh was a dream ! The location of this property is awesome to get the phenomenal view of the nature of mount abu. The rooms and the decor all was classy and i loved it so much. The meals and snacks are so yummy and prepared by seasoned chef. The staff is cordial and cooperative. Most importantly the morning sun set and sun rise from the udai garh lawns is worth watching and being there in nature is absolute bliss. I will definitely stay there again to nurture my spiritual life. Highly recommended for nature lovers

We give back side room to online booking customer. Later during check out I complained this owner and he also said the same thing. Foo is also not worth. Wish I could give zero star rating. My overall experience is worst. They r just taking advantage of peak season.
Rooms were not clean. So many insects around the room. Only thing they think about thier money. Would not recommend to anyone.

It's an amazing place for tourists and nature lovers. There is forest and wildlife as well. If you visit in the evening and early morning you can see wild animals there. Nature is very good.
