The hotel was a great value for money as the rooms, location, view and Service were exactly what we asked for. The Staff there was quite professional and provided everything we asked for. Would give special mention to Mr. Nitesh Lama for his prompt service and cooperation. Also the Food was which stood out among everything. Great place to look out for if visiting Darjeeling.
Beautiful location, great room. Even though we couldn't grab ourselves the attic room, the premium room was equally beautiful with great views. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Best part of the hotel is the garden sitting area that offers 180deg valley view. Food was a little overpriced but given the great location of the hotel, one can definitely go to nearby famous restaurants for food. Overall it was a splendid experience with quality staffs the Mr. Nitesh Lama. Loved our stay here.
We stayed in Udaan Nirvana for 3 nights and had a very good time. The view from here is amazing and the staff is very helpful and polite specially Mr. Nitesh Lama. They always ready to help with whatever you need. The location is also quite good. Their restaurant also serves delicious food. A very good experience and would recommend it to others.
I recently stayed at Udaan Nirvana Resort in Darjeeling and I had a wonderful experience. The resort is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the Himalayas. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Udaan Nirvana Resort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Darjeeling. Special thanks to Mr. Nitesh Lama for making our stay so special. He was always available to help with anything we needed, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.
This hotel is really not recommendable, first you have to walk for half kilometre & then you can check in at this hotel & if you are having kids or senior citizens then it's like a hell here . The staff is also arrogant type non helping by nature. All room doors are having lock issues & if you are having an extra bedding then you have to fit it on the doors .
The staff named Sapnam is very bad in nature with arrogance.
So it's really highly recommended that don't go with this hotel at all, they are charging 7500 per room but good for nothing.
Stayed at this place with my wife for 2 Nights. Privileged enough to stay at Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and services. I would like to compliment your entire staff for being so professional. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their service specially Nitesh Lama. The accommodation was good but the washrooms were a bit smaller compared to other hotels. The front office staff was very polite and cooperative. The housekeeping was quick. The reception staff was also polite and friendly specially Mr. Nitesh Lama from Front Office. I really recommend to everyone
I have staying for one day only but it's for me more, this time I don't have sufficient holiday leave so only one day that I'm staying there! I have planing to visit in Darjeeling after Christmas. I do recommend to everyone there management highclass. Food, Staffs and Room well maintained , I definitely stay in next time for three day on same room.
