Location : Located near chowk on a busy road Rooms : Rooms are decent. They provide 1 towel in a double occupancy room, you need to ask for additional. WIFI signal drops, poor speed / non-working many times. House keeping / Room service is very slow. They give additional towel and bucket / mug if required after 40-45 minutes (and after calling 3-4 times) and after borrowing it from some other guest rooms where mug and buckets have been used (will require if staying with children). Restaurant : Food taste is good. Service is slow but manageable. Caution : Located adjacent to main road, so noisy at night and even early morning. This hotel has a banquet as well, so if marriage guests are staying besides your room, expect sleep disturbances during the night due to loud neighbours and helpless reception. No room changes shall be done and loud neighbours cannot be asked to lower voice.
Amazing hospitality, Great customer service with affordable price. If you are planning to travel to siliguri, you cannot miss the opportunity to visit UDAAN CLOVER. Badshah, Priyanka and Jotish were amazing with their restaurant service. The breakfast was amazing. 10/10
This was our second stay. The location was very convenient. The service and the staff were very good and responsive. Breakfast buffet was wonderful spread. Highly recommended.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
