Nice place, stayed for 2 days. Good place for family and friends. Little far from city. Enjoyed

We have enjoyed our stay in Goa because of Fernandez family. Very nice service. The rooms are clean, spacious, airy.We have also tasted delicious homemade food. The family members are co operative in nature, especially with my aged mother. They guide us very well. We would like to visit Goa because of our new friends -Fernandez family.

The appartments are amazing and the prices really good. The attention is really good and they were really nice with us and they helped us a lot. The only negative thing is that is far away and difficult to reach. Therefore you need to take always a taxi and there is not much to do near by. Since I travelled with friends that was not a trouble for us, but I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers.

Really very good place to visit owners/fernandezs are very cooperative humble and ready to help you for every nook you needed place is very calm and value for money you may enjoy home made food. I have ordered him to provide food at 9:30PM but after visit from Bagha it goes around 11:50PM but they still provides hot food as per my order without any complaints, they also helped us to book cab at very good prices. Thanks owners for making our trip memorable. In one word you are simply superb....

Great place stay with family and friends, awesome and peaceful location. But it's not near to any beach. Organizer is super and friendly. Swimming pool is awesome.

Great hospitality. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had all the facilities compared to a 3 star property. Owners are very kind and humble.
